    Yes. We do take orders over phone. The payment mode possible for these orders is Cash on Delivery only.


  • I TRIED PLACING ORDER USING MY CREDIT CARD BUT IT ISN’T WORKING. CAN YOU HELP ME PLACE AN ORDER?

  • I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER USING MY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING BUT THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MONEY DEDUCTED FROM THE CARD?
    Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
    If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
    Net Banking 2-4 business days
    Debit Card 5-7 business days
    Credit Card 7-21 business days

    In case your order is not successful and Trentclothing.com has been deducted from your account money has been credited to our account we would proactively initiate refund within 3 days.


  • HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    Your order status is updated to you via emails or call at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam and junk box for the status of your order, if you don’t see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order you would receive a special update from our end.


  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care +92-336-375-8995 as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of prepaid orders there would be a separate evaluation of the case and proceeded accordingly.

    Yes. Because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be returned if your loved one faces any problem with it.

  • WHY ISN’T COD AVAILABLE TO ME?
    Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Also, COD option is not available on some of our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.

  • WHAT ITEMS CAN I BUY IN EXCHANGE?
    Any product/s (except sale items) can be bought in exchange. The final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items.


  • HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT THE EXCHANGED PRODUCT?
    Exchanged product is dispatched as soon as the returned item/s has passed product inspection. Generally we won’t take more than 72 hours after the pickup of returned item/s is done. In case of any unexpected delay, we will keep you informed by email and Phone call.


  • CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT FOR AN ITEM OF LESSER VALUE?
    No, your exchange order value should be equal to or more than the return item/s value.


  • WILL I BE CHARGED FOR EXCHANGE?
    There is no charge for exchange. All you need to do is to return the original item and exchange it for an item/s of same or higher value. In case you choose an item of higher value, you can pay the differential amount as cash on delivery (COD). COD charges will be applicable on products belonging to TRENTCLOTHING.COM. Add-on program, nominal cash handling charges will be applicable. COD and cash handling charges are non-refundable.


  • CAN I BUY MULTIPLE ITEMS IN EXCHANGE FOR A SINGLE PRODUCT?
    Yes, you can buy any number of items in exchange provided the final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items.


  • CAN I RE-EXCHANGE?
